This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including communication, by telephone, by email, via our website www.starknex.com, from media and publications, Interest/Sign up Data and from cookies. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
With our VPN service (closed beta), we do not log network activity but we do store authentication logs which contains the following: User identifier (in encrypted form), Date/time of connection and disconnection, and additional error information (such as incorrect pin entered and invalid OTP code). These logs are retained for 30 days and only accessed/used for support cases with leadership approval.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link.
